About us

Our three stars awarded villa is located in coastal village of Buljarica (municipality of Budva, Montenegro). Nestled in a green olive grove, between orange, lemon and pine trees. We are located only 300 meters away from our popular Buljarica beach. The beach is mostly pebble and its length is about 2 km. You can spend time here in in local restaurants and fish taverns, beach bars and there is a possibility to rent beach equipment and to enjoy in water sports as well.

Office hours: Open every day. Please don't hesitate to contact us for more details and rental rates. There are many types of holiday accommodation. We are going to find the right choice for you. We have provided so far accommodation to a great number of local and foreign tourists from all over the Europe.

Payment: 30% deposit upon reservation confirmation (by using money transfer service Western Union or Post office PostCash) and balance on check-in. Payment instructions are sent through upon confirmation. Tourist tax in the amount of 1.00 EUR per person per day for persons aged over 18. Tourist tax is 0.50 EUR per person per day for persons aged 12 to 18. Persons aged under 12 do not pay tourist tax (not included in accommodation price - have to be paid additionally). Your privacy is protected. No booking fees. You only pay the requested accommodation.

Period of let: 6 months, from May 1 to October 31. Check-in: from 12:00 noon to 11:00 PM. Check-out: until 10:00 AM
